Bryn Evans Personal Training
I have been training with Bryn for a year or two, previously I was suffering the odd gym injury. With Bryn’s coaching I have managed to progress my goals and remain injury free. We work together on any changes to plans that I need to suit my goals. He is fantastic at working around my rotating schedule. His plans are well thought out and easy to follow. Bryn is very attentive and easy to get along and work with. Highly recommend.

After 5 years of limited exercise, i made the decission to get a PT. The initial meeting with Bryn we sat down and had a chat my goals and how best to achieve them. 6 months on i can see my goals being achieved and looking forward to my session with Bryn. His easy going attitude and focusing on technique gives me confidence and motivation to try my Pb's in each session.

I started PT sessions with Bryn in June 2022, looking for support to build my strength and fitness. Bryn's approach to training is comprehensive and individualised, with a mix of independent and one-on-one work. I have a hypermobility condition that can make exercise challenging. Bryn has gone above and beyond to learn about this, modify exercises and ensure we get the most out of my sessions. The app he sets up is easy to follow and keeps you motivated between sessions. Bryn communicates well, is responsive to feedback and genuinely cares about his clients and how to help them achieve their goals. Since I've started working with Bryn I've seen improvements in my general strength and stability, as well as a reduction in chronic pain and fatigue. I'm looking forward to more of this in the future!

Hi I would just like to say if you are looking for an informative, understanding, thorough, knowledgeable, professional Personal Trainer - Bryn is all and more. I was struggling to get to my weight goal as we all do but Bryn was amazing, he takes the time to explain through his Health Coaching the balance in achieving that goal, discussions include the importance of nutrition, stress management, home exercise and a varied workout and so much more. It’s not easy but worth it if you have the determination. I have now lost 20cm around my waistline over the last 4 months and am looking forward to watching my first Grandchild grow. I know that I will be able to play and be active with him, as he gets older. Also it is nice to go shopping and buy what clothes that you want to wear and not clothes that you have to wear. Take the challenge and enjoy life. There is no other better Personal Trainer and Health Coach around. Thank you Bryn

I have been training with Byrn since December 2021. He has totally revolutionised my workouts, keeping me motivated and learning new skills. I absolutely love going to the gym now and I love the feeling of being strong and fit! Bryn is always changing my program to keep me on my toes and is always available with good solid advice. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Bryn - you are the best exercise decision I've ever made!

The gym can be an intimidating place but not with Bryn’s assistance. Byrn has a very relaxed caring nature and I see this each and every time I’m at the gym whether doing a PT session with him or just seeing him chat with ease to all his other clients. Not everyone can interact with people of all walks but Bryn is one of those people.I’m a fan of Bryn’s functional approach to fitness, he’s not so much focused on the aesthetics however more about how you feel which I believe should be the driving force behind fitness. (The aesthetics will come).Personally I have had to accept that my original goal was somewhat unattainable given my current situation. Yet Byrn has made me feel perfectly ok with this fact and is still there to help me wherever he can. Having said that Bryn was very clear from the beginning about the compromises I would have to make in order to achieve my goal, he never tried to hide the fact that my goal was going to be a real challenge, and I appreciate his honesty even if it was a hard pill to swallow.In terms of the program it’s nicely balanced between introducing new work outs and repeating familiar ones. Ive never opened my days program and not known what to do.I can’t recommend Bryn enough!

Bryn showed me, post-stroke how to do workouts in the gym safely. I was afraid at first, but now I am not with his help! He always has set workouts for you to do as well as being willing to show you how to do exercises first hand. He is also wonderful to talk to and a great support!

I’ve been training with Bryn for over two years now and I’ve had many PTs previously but this is the first time I’ve been consistent and actually enjoyed my training! Bryn is so passionate about what he does, has excellent attention to detail and customises my training for me. Bryn also helped me train through and rehab a serious shoulder injury. I can’t recommend him highly enough, thanks Byrn!

Bryn is an excellent and knowledgable personal trainer. The work out plans he creates are varied and interesting, which has kept me super engaged. I have genuinely never looked forward to the gym until beginning sessions with Bryn.It’s only been just over a month and I am already feeling stronger, and progressing far more than in over a year working out alone. I would thoroughly recommend him.I have a shoulder injury, and Bryn has carefully created workout plans to accomodate this, without me feeling like I’m missing out.Bryn listens to and respects goals and caters the sessions accordingly, in a very attentive manner. He also provides consistent check ins and responds to messages incredibly efficiently.He absolutely goes above and beyond. 10/10
