Hot Buzz Lawn & Gardens

Would not recommend this gardening company! My neighbour and I hired this company to mow both our lawns and tidy up the leaves that drop from the big Gum Trees in our area. We were quoted $30, which we thought was great, for the lawn mowing and the blowing of the leaves from our concrete areas. They were hired for every 3 week! They mowed the lawn and removed some leaves from the area near the lawn but that was it. The every 3 weeks turned to once a month without any communication from them. I had to chase them down as to get a date in which they were coming. I would leave my gate unlocked for them only to come home to find that they haven't been and i haven't been messaged as to why... again i have to chase them. They promise to come the following day ... no shows again. They don't accept EFT payment for services under a certain amount, which means i had to leave money under the doormat for them and hope it's still there when they arrive. and the BIGGEST kicker ..... I haven't heard from them since 30th October! It seems they are now too good for our business and have not the ability to contacts to let us know they will no longer be offering their minimal service to us.

Would definitely hire these guys again. Did a wonderful job transforming my front garden. Great communication also.Thank you Hot Buzz.
