Used these guys twice now. Showed up on time. Moved without issue. Kept working the entire time. They took maybe a 5 min break during but still finished half an hour earlier than quoted. Will be using these guys again in the future

We had a big move last week with TG. From the very first phone call enquiry, to the last box carried into our new place, I was dealt with by the staff with courtesy. Jung, the person who I spoke to on the phone and who arrange everything was very accomodating. There was times when thunderstorms forecasts were set to derail our move but Jung was ever courteous and even offered to cancel it up to a couple of days before the move without any penalty. In the end , we stick with the scheduled date and thank God the forecasted thunderstorm didn’t materialise on the day.When the day comes, we were greeted by Kwan and Min. They just went on with the job without too much of a fuss. No slacking off during the job, not too much drinks break or ciggy break or any other breaks you might come across with other people. They just did their job. I would have tipped them a bit more in the end except that one of them dropped one of my boxes and one of my wine bottles broke. Fortunately it was one of the more cheaper bottle, and I was able to let it go. Accidents do happen. But aside from that small mishap, the day was long but efficient. If ever anyone needs moving, I recommend TG. Pricing was very reasonable and not as complicated as some removalist companies out there. And they did their job effectively and efficiently that it makes you want to tip the guys after a hard day at work.

I have recently used their service of Local removals. My experience right from the start to end was very smooth and hassle free. The response was quick for the quote and pricing was clear and much cheaper as compared to other competitors. There was no hidden fee. The Booking person (Kim) was very professional and responsive on email and text messages. The removalists were spot on time and kept me updating while on the way on the day of job. The removalists were very professional and hard workers. They did a great job and were very quick to move my 2 bed rooms unit from my existing location to a new house in the same suburb (just in 3 hrs) start-to-end. All the fragile items (glass table tops, electronics items etc) were properly secured before loading in the truck and also unloading and putting them in the places where informed in advance. I will definitely use their service again when needed in future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a removalist. Well Done Tae Geuk Team!!

Efficient removalist. This is the third time we use them.They keep moving all the time. Hard job and they seem to meet our expectations. Looking at around $500 for a 4 hour job.Will give one more star if they greet customer.
