Mica Lighting

I purchased some kitchen and dining room pendants. We spent a fair bit and made sure we got insurance. We had a problem with one of our pendants and it was replaced once we contacted Mica lighting. Very happy now they are installed.

What a great store. Great range and variety. Nancy was super helpful. After hours of online shopping at various other places we found exactly what we wanted at Mica and could see it before purchase. Everything we chose was in stock so all done in one visit. Fantastic place.

Worth looking at the reviews,I was just about to place an order and thought I'd check some of the reviews. After reading the responses from this business in relation to customer complaints I've been encouraged to shop at alternative suppliers.I haven't done business with Mica Lighting so the one star is my opinion of the service metered out to customers having complained and the way Mica Lighting handled those complaints through the review system.

Mica lighting sent me a faulty product and refused to replace it. They blamed it on the courier. However, the package was completely intact, it cannot be the transit process that caused the crack on the glass shade ( which is where the screw is ). It’s a hazard to put it on the wall. The other two products I bought from them were perfectly fine.At the end of the day, they simply wants you to pay for shipping insurance. Also, it is impossible to contact them as they don’t have a phone number and will just ignore your email.

Purchased all my lights for a new home from Mica and had a positive experience. The kitchen pendants were especially beautiful and at a great price point.

Company with no phone number, ignores customers, cancels orders and then tries to claim a 20% admin fee!BEWARE! Please read all of the 1 star reviews here before buying from this company.Here is what has happened to me so far...Placed order on 10 April 2023 and have not received my light.Apr 13 - Contacted them asking when will my order be shipped. Was told by [Name Removed] I had to wait for another 1 to 4 days and I will be notified immediately when ready.Apr 17 - Contacted them again as there was no reply as promised.Apr 18 - Told them that I ordered an item from Italy and received it in 5 days. Why does it take so long with your company? [Name Removed] contacted me and said my order requires assembly". I asked them again when will my order be shipped but got no reply.Apr 19 - [Name Removed] replied saying that my item is advertised as 3-6 days to be processed and if the timing does not suit me

Purchased a lamp. Arrived very promptly. During assembly it became apparent the metal within the lamp post had rust through the inside. The dust of the rust had also covered parts of the exterior of the post and the packaging that it was wrapped in. After cleaning the exterior it looked fine, however the condition was disappointing considering the cost.I tried calling but the phone number auto directs you to their website. I submitted an enquiry as to whether I should be worried about the rust inside or whether this will continue to worsen over time. I received an auto reply and have heard nothing since, including to my follow up email (I've checked Junk regularly). I wasn't asking for any type of remedyat that stage, but merely wanted to know if the condition was satisfactory and whether it would continue to rust.Apart from the rust, the product was as described and looks great which is why I gave 3 stars with the quick delivery. Service is terrible and I'd be leaving a 1 star if the fault was anything more significant and lodging a complaint through consumer support groups.Next time I'd spend double to get the real deal rather than the replica product and service.Would have been 5 star if no faults, or 4 star if they'd be able to provide an adequate level of support. Their claims of requiring Delivery Insurance to cover any damage in transit is concerning..

5 stars for ease of ordering, packaging and prompt delivery. Price was exceptionally better than any other online store for same item. No regrets. Highly recommended!

I placed an order online and before I did I tried to call to find out delivery schedule but no one answers the phone. It's now been 20 days and I can't get a refund since it would take 5 days to prepare the order. Super disappointed I can't get a refund. **** Edit- Thanks for replying so fast to my review but all I would like is my refund. Yes I have expressed that I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. You reply times are much too slow. When will I receive my refund minus your admin fee". How much longer will it be please?"

I always thought that lighting was expensive and when I went shopping, I was definitely correct. But then I stumbled upon mica lighting, as a young adult it is really hard to find well priced but visually appealing lighting, but at mica lighting i found just that, there was so many amazing options to choose from and i have referred them to many of my friends. highly recommend!
