Andy is not only a good, humble person, but a very knowledgable and tentative trainer. He clearly explains technique and movement strategy and has the eye for peoples strengths and weaknesses where he really dedicates his attention to help everyone progress. I myself have been going only for a few weeks, but I have witnessed myself and fellow students improve every session first hand. He’s clearly passionate about what he does and keeps it real with great prices especially considering the quality of training you receive. One of the greatest parts is the freedom of no lock in contracts, it’s just pay as you go!! And the facility has everything you need, including an ice bath available after training. It’s a great team to be supporting if you want to better yourself and advance tactical knowledge, technique in practical sessions, strength and conditioning and overall fitness, health and mental well-being!
