Nice location and ambience. The cakes had a nice flavour and they were all presented well. I felt like the prices of some items were a little too high but overall we had a nice experience. Will go again!

I like this place cake. When I go sunny bank , I always buy before go home . But price is one peace of cake 12.80$. They packed cake very gentle and give in cooler pack in side box. Taste really nice. But little bit expensive for me to buy every one. I just bought one for my son. He liked rosé crape cake. Beautiful and nice taste.

The tea temperature was great, the taro cake had good strong taro flavour. I will try the tiramisu next time.

Delicious variety of dessert items here. Store and staff also clearly mention what items may contain alcohol/gelatine which is beneficial for those wanting neither. Had wanted to go for the longest time and it didn't disappoint! Will definitely go again!

Had heard good things about Bloom prior to visiting but having tried it a few times I feel it falls a bit short of those expectations. Everything's pretty for sure but the eating experience just hasn't fully delivered. Some items I've tried:* taro mille crepe cake* milk tea crepe cakeUnlike the mille crepes we've had elsewhere so far, the one we tried had nice thin layers that you could actually taste the presence of. Having said that, I did find them a little dry, though thankfully offset by the moist cream.* black sesame purple rice chiffon cakeI’m a bit torn about this one - the black sesame flavour itself was nice, but overall this cake had more cream than actual chiffon... too much for my liking. And the purple rice wasn't all that prominent.* strawberry bomb chiffonMuch better.* mango cheese shaved ice, $13 - shaved snow ice served with home-made mango sauce, home-made cheesecake and real mango.There really wasn’t much flavour to the ice itself and the mango wasn't that flavoursome either. In fact the dominant taste / sensation from eating this is just the coldness from the ice. At least that provided a bit of cooling effect on a warm day, but I'll choose a bingsoo (with shaved milk ice) over this any day.

Really beautiful space, lovely staff, and the food was all so good! I had an excellent rose mille crepe cake and a black sesame latte to start then ended up going back for a second cake, the strawberry bomb which I highly recommend! Left with two extra cakes takeaway for my family, can’t wait to go back.

Our favourite Southside Dessert Cafe with a large variety of Crepe Cakes and Sponge Cakes. We love the Durian Crêpe Cake! While the Coffees here are great, the Matcha Lattes are exceptional. Highly recommended!#With Paul Chan
