We bought a fairly expensive bed frame from Snooze. The frame itself looks good and seems solid. The issue was the base under the mattress was made of cheap MDF so when we moved the bed about a foot along the floor about a month after we bought it the wooden posts broke off. Snooze refused to fix it for us. We replaced the MDF base with ply. Bed is much more solid now. An easy fix that should have been done under warranty. Shame.

We had a great experience at Snooze in Ballina. They have technology in store to show you what beds are best suited to your body weight and sleeping position so we were able to narrow down options and choose a mattress with more direction than the two other stores we had looked at buying from.We also really appreciated the genuine customer service that was not salesy" but real and relaxed with no pressure. It was also an informative experience.Jane

A wide variety of different beds and mattresses. Great customer service. Is very easy to find the right mattress as they have a machine that helps you pick the best mattress for you!
