Nova air came to my house on Tuesday to investigate faulty Samsung air conditioner, the guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. He went to samsung site to check error fault but said there was no solution on how to fix the error. He then rang samsung help desk and was still unable to determine error. In the end I said to not worry about it and that I would just replace the system myself. It cost me 230 dollars for basically nothing. I would not recommend Nova air. Sorry.

Definitely recommend Nova Air. I've had 2 air cons installed in the last year and they work great, the Mitsubishi's are small and compact but still do a great job heating and cooling. The team are always friendly and helpful, It was quoted and installed in no time at all. The prices are also extremely reasonable.

From the moment we contacted the team for a quote, Karen in admin was super responsive and she was equally matched by Josh in regards to understanding our cooling needs. Josh went above and beyond to understand our property and our requests to cool two rooms.Amazingly, within a week we had a quote offered and the install complete with no fuss.We highly recommend the team at Nova Air and Electrical for their communication, professionalism, pricing and top notch service.

We recently got ducted installed, which also required a power board/ electrical upgrade to our house. Every single person I dealt with was knowledge, professional and friendly. We did have some minor issues with parts not working and some team members being sick which meant our 1 day install was more like a 2 and a bit day install, but the communication around this was excellent and I felt as though every effort was made to solve our issues in the fastest manner possible. I would have no issue recommending Nova to anyone looking into these services

The install team were AMAZING. So courteous and friendly. They were right on time, took the time to ask some questions to make sure the install was exactly how I wanted and they left the house absolutely spotless.Overall - the whole experience with Nova Air has been a fantastic one, from the first interaction everything was organised and flowed smoothly.Highly recommend Nova Air!

Very responsive. Had somebody out to fix our air con same day. Identified the issues and had all equipment to fix on the spot. We were very thankful to have our heating back on so quickly!! Highly recommend and would use again

I received a quote for a new home split system A/C on Friday and had it installed and working perfectly on the Monday. You can't beat that turnaround! Top service and excellent communication from all areas of the business. From office to field staff everyone was professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Nova Air and Electrical.
