Was not acknowledged after walking around browsing for ten minutes.Could not find any lingerie in my size, waste of time.There was an overpowering smell in the store, unpleasant.

I decided to stop in here randomly yesterday as we went through Katoomba bc my bras have been so uncomfy and online is so difficultI was served by Kareem’s who was so friendly and knowledgeable- I finally know my size and how bras are supposed to fit! She found ones for all my requirements easily even as a 16H/HH (and I was thinking I was an 18G) and she was so warm and lovely. Highly recommend this place, I just wish I was closer so I could visit in person again soon.

Response to Owner: These bras were purchased 11/3/23 and 18/3/23 and returned to your store on 20/3/23, and I have the receipts to prove it. The bra with the mark was sold to me this way, by you. At no time have you offered to provide a full refund, even when Fair Trading contacted you. Your response says everything customers need to know about you to make an informed decision about your service and honesty.---------------------------------I was fitted for two bras at this store and both were extremely ill-fitting, too big and did not provide any support. She cuts the tag off while fitting the bra. High prices and very limited range, so she will try to sell you whatever she has in stock rather than a bra that fits and supports correctly. When I returned the ill-fitting bras to the store she refused to provide a refund, was aggressive and behaved like a bully. I left the bras at the store, so she now has my money and the bras in breach of consumer law. No focus on customer satisfaction, just profit. I don't recommend shopping here.

I have bought several bras now from this shop and will continue as the service is excellent. A wide range of colours, brands and sizes plus Gina is an expert fitter. Highly recommended.

If you live within a few hours travel, you should be coming here!!! We've bought sizes from 6 to 16, A to H cup, and the fit has always been perfect - I'm excited to put my bra *on* for comforts sake, not rip it off lol!!! They have a great range, expert fitters (Gina will have you sized with a glance, and your style sussed nearly as fast), and they always seem to have something exactly right - in even the weirdest sizes. Seriously, worth a day trip, especially if you're an unusual size - or just like comfort! I really cannot overstate the happiness that having a properly fitted bra you actually love!!! Seriously, do yourself a favour!

Amazingly large selection for such a small-looking store. The wonderful and helpful staff will order anything in for you as well. As someone with large breasts, it's easy to just accept that for comfort you need to wear a big ugly beige contraption but they have beautiful bras in all sizes that are also super comfy. I've moved several hours away from this store but I still travel to it every time i need a bra because I know I'll get the very best here.

This bra shop is FABULOUS! Old school, proper fitting ala David Jones style. Highly recommend.
