Who wants to visit a panel beaters shop - really? But if you have to visit one this is a pretty good place to go. Very professional, friendly service.

David and his team are very professional, friendly. I have had 2 vehicles repaired here the panel work and spray jobs 5 out of 5. I had a minor electrical problem but when notified they were extremely helpful and solved the issue straight away.Thanks guys nice job.Recommended

Top Quality workmanship....my car is like new ! I'm Very Pleased with their Repair to my Audi.

I should have known better despite the fairly good reviews. When I went there the first time an old lady was thrown out of the office by staff members. Staff was yelling at the old lady which looked very unprofessional. My car was repaired by this company and staff forgot to put back some the parts which made the bumper sag on the wheel after a while. Also the the sensor that warns that your bonnet is not closed properly was not re attached by staff.When I asked if we could look at this I was told to bring the car in at a later date to have this repaired. When I came back to drop the I was told that I should contact my insurance first to see if they would reimburse David Nash for fixing up the unsatisfactory work he had provided. The lady also insinuated that I could be lying regarding the claim by using words like it’s our word against yours!In the previous conversation David Nash had told me that his work had a life time guarantee so I don’t see how he can think that my insurance should pay for his mistake.The lessons learned here are.1. When you witnessing an old lady thrown out of an office of a business by swearing staff it’s probably not a business where integrity and respect towards clients (especially towards the elderly)is high on the agenda.2. When you have a lifetime warranty on the repair done by David Nash Repairs but then demands that the client’s insurance should pay to remedy the his mistakes, I think that is called lying. (maybe even fraud, not sure).This was a very bad experience and will take things furtherSince you decided to react to my review and seem to be very concerned about the use of language towards your staff. I witnessed how your staff treated an elderly lady at your shop who was verbally abused by your male staff which brought her to tears.So I am afraid that I really don’t care how I speak to your staff.You have done 2 jobs for me over the last couple of years. The first job was a back panel of my car which in the end turned out not to be the same colour and your answer was we couldn’t exactly match it so that’s how it is. ( grey KIA) The second job is we’re your staff forgot to put parts back in and didn’t attach the front bumper properly. I wil never take any vehicle to you again, and neither will my family, friends or work colleagues.Avoid David Nash Repairs at all costs!

Job done professionally, transport to and from car rental place provided. No clear communication about payment options before taking the vehicle, and completion time was difficult to predict precisely.

Took quite some time to obtain all necessary parts. A Supply problem not of their doing. Cheery helpful staff and a very professional job done once parts supply problem was overcome.
