An ENORMOUS thank-you to the staff member who handed in the 2 $50 notes they found today. Could not believe I had been foolish enough to let them slip out of my jeans pocket earlier in the day and was unbelievably delighted to find they had been found and handed in. Thank-you so much.

Definitely my go to pharmacy! Kirchelle is possibly the kindest pharmacist I’ve ever met. She was very patient and helpful in finding stomach medicine for my grandson. 100% recommend

I have to say a big thank you to the staff at Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill (Springvale Rd). Somehow, I inadvertently entered to store just after 9pm to get some urgent first aid supplies. Not only was I allowed to browse with no pressure, but staff assisted me, including a pharmacist who helped me choose the best products. They could have quite easily told me to leave as the store was closed, but they were all patient and helpful, even in their own time. I didn't realise the store was closed until the cashier had to unlock the entrance door. Fantastic service. Thank you

Best place to waste your time.!!!!!Been there 3 times, Avg Prescription waiting time 20-30min during workday in the morning less than 5 customers in store. Went there this morning 8:26, 4 mins before open, I'm the 3rd customer, after I leave the prescription, I wait for 22mins, told me it's out of stock.During the 22 mins, the pharmacist went out to toothbrush section consoult a customer how to choose a toothbrush spent more than 5 mins. Did 2 outbond calls more than 5mins together, I was just stand in front of her counter looking at her.As 3rd customer just after store open, after 22 mins waiting time, got told medicine out of stock.Don't go there. I go 4 different chemist warehouse stores regularly, all the others max waiting time is 15mins, even during weekends full store people. Will never go this store

All the pharmacists are very helpful and friendly in answering questions on medications and other store products. They never show a bit impatient, they're so welcoming and has been helping me to get very effective medications for my sinus and allergy nose spray. I highly recommend this Forest Hill store to anyone who wants to get any products or medications from them.

Go to another chemist. Not sure why I had to divulge my entire medical history just to convince an 18 year old drug dispenser that I wanted Voltaren tablets. I explained I have a sore back but was continuously asked really personal questions that I would only ever discuss with a qualified doctor. Don't go to this chemist.

Have come to this place a lot because it is cheap but unless you order your scripts in advance, it is not unusual to wait 30-40mins for a script without even being informed that the wait is this long. The chemists don’t seem to even try to be speedy, despite the long queue of people waiting for scripts. I’ve finally had enough and won‘t go back.
