We recently came home late in the day to find our house half flooded. Amelia at the front desk was brilliant in helping us hire a hydro-vacuum, explanation on use and how best to start the long process of clean up. Brilliant service and very helpful in a difficult situation for us, thanks Amelia.

Convenient and has good stock most the time of your traditional Bunnings items. It has the benefit of having a lot of floor space so they have a good tradies section for getting wood and stuff whilst also having a good outdoors section and general bunnings

I am local residence of Croydon Bunnings and always enjoyed coming to storesToday I was there at 4.30 to buy toilet seats, electrical bidet seats and few other items with my wife.I needed some assistance in isle 61 where all toilet seats are available, I couldn’t get items what I wanted, so I went to special order desk to check on stock availability, lady at the counter didn’t acknowledge and had courtesy to get up and help me out. She told me that she will send someone to assist me in isles, I waited 29 minutes and nobody turned up, go frustrated and walked out of the storeI am really disappointed with the I was treated with no customer serviceBetter improve customer experience

Recently I was assisted by Allison in finding a precision mini screwdriver to repair a small instrument.I was impressed by her dedication, persistence and customer service. Asked the lady at the entrance where the suggestion box was as I wanted to make a request to the company regarding smaller trolleys for us smaller and older people instead of lugging that big one around when you only want 1 or 2 or 3 items .She showed me where and also showed me their new kiddies trolleys, put a basket at the bottom and told me to try using this one. So thankful as I didn't knock into anybody with the protruding bottom end of the larger one. Thanks to that lovely front of store lady.

Just had the best experience at Bunnings in Croydon . I purchased a large item and Jarrod helped me get into the car! He was patient pleasant kind and extremely helpful! Had been to Centrelink earlier in the day wish I could say the experience was the same but not so! He made my day !!

It's Bunnings. It's bigger than Lilydale so more selection. Pretty good parking though shared with other shops it can get crowded. Some days they have kangaroos too

This branch is by far the best of the best. I go there and see familiar faces all the time; good sign for staff retention. Every single interaction with every individual has been personable, helpful, informative and happy. Despite long working hours and tough job they still have a positive outlook and can share a joke or two. Today one member of staff went over and beyond to process a transaction for me and I can’t thank her enough. This is a good business with good people. No wonder why they smash it all the time.
