What a horrible experience in this Salon made worse by the owner Jessica standing over me, you should not own a business. How dare you expect me to pay for a colour correction when your stylist had told you she had made a change to the agreed toner colour. This was not MY fault. You're a money grabbing poor excuse for a human being. People don't forget traumatic experiences. They are less likely to forget when the salon owner cannot even take responsibility. Not all things go to plan. Treat people like they matter - not like they are a walking ATM. You're a disgrace and I am still mad months on.

staff were very nice and welcoming, they didn’t i form me some of my hair snapped off with the bleach, i had to figure it out on my own. they also left a part of my hair orange and said my hair was “too dark to come down”. staff were amazing and i was happy with my hair before i found out it snapped off.
