I've been trying to book my car in for service for past 2 weeks. They keep telling me they'll call me back and never did. My only day off and spent it waiting for a call. Ridiculous. Why waste people's time by taking their details down if you're not going to even bother calling them? Horrible service. Very disappointed..

Good with the purchase. A shame they dropped the ball with the delivery and pick up. And double check if you get extras with the car. They didn't do them with me. Disappointing.

We booked for the first service through online. We got confirmation and reminders for the appointment via SMS and Email. When we went to do the service the service center said it's not in their system. The customer service was poor. The receptionist didnt even apologize for the technical glitch of their website and was kinda rude. Was really disappointed with the customer service. Will not go to the service centre again!!!

I recently purchased myself a brand new Outlander. Jake was the salesman that helped me, answered all the questions, we took it for a test drive and I was in love. I had to have that car.
