Single O Surry Hills
Great cafe located in Surry Hills. Nice range of all day menu items plus pastries. The granola bowl, curry and Portuguese tarts were all delicious. Coffee was well made and reasonably priced. Nice mix of indoor and outdoor dining, staff were all very friendly, and service was prompt despite it being quite busy.

I went this morning to the Single O Surry Hills Coffee shop. They are located in the Surry Hills. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the Central Station, surrounded by other coffee shops, restaurants and chic hotels.Single O Surry Hills is a trendy café frequented by locals, early office workers.It gets busy during morning and lunch hours.They brew and prepare different kind of coffees. The coffee shop have nice breakfast and lunch option.I had a flat white with a breakfast burger with jack cheese. It was tasty and filling,I recommend hopping in there and have a cup of coffee.

What a great place!There was a waiting list, a queue outside and not even the rain was a deterrent to anyone trying to get a table.For me personally, the best part was the excellent service, hats off for that.The coffee was fantastic, the handless coffee cups are great.The food was delicious, we ordered the “Annato pork toastie”, it was perfection.The menu is interesting and wonderfully curated.The atmosphere is great, a bit loud because of the space and how busy it was.Every single detail is well thought, the menu with beautiful embroidery, the colours, the furnishing, the menu items.Reasonably priced.Everything is purposeful, I enjoyed that.

Single O Surry Hills
Some of the most delicious coffees, the Single O beans got me on a journey of brewing at home.I finally got up to the Surry Hills Cafe and it was a treat, the filter flight was amazing as was the pork toastie.Staff were super attentive and friendlyI also picked up a packet of the Parachute brews which are super useful for getting really amazing coffee when all you have near is a kettle

Nice brunch style cafe in Surrey Hills. Fish Dawg bun was super tasty, and the coffee is good. Wide selection of coffee (single origin of course). Plenty of seating outside spilled onto the road which gives a nice outdoor ambience. Service is efficient but it does get busy. Parking is not easy so don't come during the peak hours.

I had a regular skim mocha with the festival blend and I must say I was a bit disappointed by the richness. I could barely taste the chocolate and the coffee felt weak.In all fairness, this was my first time ordering here and their menu can be a little confusing for first-timers.Their Almond Croissant was amazing but I did not enjoy the coffee as much as I was lead to believe it was good.

Looking to get some beans from the store. Roller gate was open. Female staff member working at the desk. Asked what I was after. Told them I was after beans, female staff member said they weren’t serving anymore. Make staff member mentioned that I could still buy beans. Female staff member decides she doesn’t like the look of me or that she didn’t want to sell any beans and says no. The male staff member says he can still serve as the till is open but female staff member turns to him and says “I just said no”. I leave not wanting to make a fuss. They serve the next person that walks up to the roller door.Male staff member was polite but his supervisor must of been having a bad day and was taking it out on customers. Can’t give one star as at least the barista’s were polite even if the manager was not.Hard review to give as I genuinely love the beans and have for years. Really leaves a sour taste in one’s mouth when you’ve been a loyal customer for years.

A very popular cafe and always a bit of a wait. However, very friendly staff and very efficient service, the food came unexpectedly fast.The food was tasty but the serving is on the small side. The coffee was tasty but both our coffee were merely lukewarm. Thought of sending them back but today we were feeling chilled.

Single O Surry Hills
An outstanding cafe in Surry Hills.I have been to this very chic cafe on several occasions now. The coffee really is superb. The banana bread with 'fancy' espresso butter (see attached photo) is just amazing - well above average. One of the best features of this cafe is the warm and affable nature of the staff. The team of both guys and girls at this cafe have always made me feel very welcome. It is, I believe, exceptional service. So, in all, there are nowadays so many cafes to choose from in the inner city, but 'Single O', in my view, has to be one of the very best. Quality coffee, unique food offerings, cool & chic atmosphere, and 'top shelf' service. I always look forward to going to this cafe when I am in the city and/or Surry Hills.
