I bought my 5kva honda powerlite in december 89 and used it full time, opal mining since then, digging much more than 100 mines and some underground homes and used it to build a truck mounted opal mining blower and many other jobs that required welding and power tools, all with just the usual maintenance.I've not seen or heard of another generator on this opal field that compares to it for reliability.Brilliant performance by an aussie company.

Having worked in the construction industry for 17 years I've known on this company and their products for a long time. I had a need for a generator 12 months ago to run some fairly delicate equipment. I had some issues with a faulty AVR (purely unlucky) and also some issues with the machines I am trying to run off the gen set which are quite delicate as I mentioned. I can't praise the people that work in this business or their products enough! Truly outstanding and remarkable after sales support! Powerlite provided assistance via their electrician Jerry on three occasions and when requesting assistance from Darren his response was always sure how can we help-bring it around and we'll have a look". I believe when buying machinery for an important project you need to purchase a reliable product from a company that provides first class after sales and service-forget the price

These guys have always serviced and repaired my diesel generator.Quick efficient and they take the time to explain the how and why. If it is broken they can fix it.
