I've been to Diamond Deluxe Nails twice. At my visit I show the worker a picture of what I would like done to my nails and each time they have perfectly recreated them. I'm always so happy with my nails, and you can tell the ladies that work here are professionals. I highly recommend this nail salon if you're in the area. ⁠♡♡ thank you.

Best salon in the south east area! The staff are incredibly talented and complete the most beautiful nail art. They offer acrylic, sns and standard polishes! I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! 10/10

I have used their service for 4 months now and I have never look for other nail salon since then. They often fully booked. Better to book for appointment to save you’re time. Anyone in Diamond Deluxe is awesome! You will not be disappointed. Just tell them what you want or show them colours/design and they happy to suggest and do better than what you expect. Highly recommend them. The only thing I notice is few staffs are not too friendly and welcoming. Other than that, Diamond Deluxe Nails is a perfect place to pamper your nails.

I did my nails (shellac) with them about a week ago. That was my first time with this place. I usually go to somewhere else which is bit far away from my place. The girl did a great job and it looked really nice. But after 2-3days it started to peel off for some reason. Then I contacted them regarding the issue as it’s not even been a week. They were really understanding and managed to make a time for me to re-do it for free. I really appreciate their customer service. Looking forward to get my nails done with them again..

Very disappointed with the customer service, before she was done with my nails I specifically asked if she was going to cover my nail as I can see my real nail through the nail polish. She proceeded to say with a bad attitude that she is not done. So I let it be and when it was done she did not do anything about it. I asked the other lady about it and same thing, rude attitude saying I should have told her before hand which I clearly did. They both tell me that they can’t cover my real nail???? Is this a nail salon or what? Completely disappointed with the lack of care and want when all I wanted was a simple French tip. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to actually be treated like an equal.

Honestly the customer experience in this place is pretty disappointing… when you ask for something they say they can do it then It doesn’t turn out how you asked nor showed them in the photo. After they’re done you still continue to ask them if they can fix the nail to your liking and they then tell you they can’t when it’s done. Find another place than this thank you.
