Donna, Murray and the team are exceptional, not only with their knowledge, but with the service they provide. I have interacted with a number of staff and they have always been extremely quick to respond and helpful. My main point of contact is Evan and it has been awesome having his knowledge, expertise and guidance. I have always felt like a valued human rather than just a number in a system - the employees clearly care about me as an individual and my finances which has been evident in the amount of education and explanations I've been given time and time again to help make the best decisions for my businesses, my future and my taxes. I've just had an excellent experience(compared to a different firm I have approached). From the get-go, we were satisfied with the way Donna explained every process clearly. Right after my appointment, Donna and Julie worked fast to help me with what I needed and we were able to achieve my needs in the same day(company, trust and business set-up).
