National Dental Care, Palmerston

National Dental Care in Palmerston has really looked after my dental needs. The ladies at reception are really helpful and friendly. They always do their best to get my appointments to fit with my roster and get me seen as early as possible. They provide quotes and let me know my out of pocket expenses up front. Dr Kami practices pain free dental. He has a light hearted and supportive approach. He provides all the information I need to make informed decisions about my dental plan and follows up with high quality work. I will definitely be going back.

The team at National Dental Care Palmerston are by far the best that I have been to in a long while. I moved from Palmerston into the city and still drive out there just to have my dental appointments. Great work all and thank you!

My 5- year-old daughter got the service for tooth check-up about 2 years ago with Dr. Kami. Dr did X-ray without explanation to me, the mother. Not recognised it was X-ray until I was asked to stand outside of the room. Then, it was charged over $400 for check-up and clean only!! Due to the cost, I went to public service in Nothern Territory. The public clinic requested me to ask for X-ray photos from Palmerson National Dental care. Photo was requested and sent to my email some days later. HOWEVER, the quality of photo is REALLY poor that no other Drs from any other clinic can see it. Even I showed to overseas Drs. they all stated poor quality photo. It means if my daughter needs to treat decay with National Dental Care only, she must come back to that expensive service. Otherwise, another harmful X-RAY to children at her age done if I go to another clinic.

I had an awesome experience. The receptionist was super friendly. Dr Kami and the dental assistant, Peta Dawson did a great job cleaning my teeth and helping me out with other issues I brought up during my visit.

The staff at National Dental Care at Palmerston go above and beyond! They are always trying to help in any situation for myself and my children. Dr Kami is outstanding. He will give honest advice and will do up a treatment plan that will fit your budget. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists but feel very calm in his care. The ladies at the front desk are also very lovely and great with all the questions I ask.Do yourself a favour and don't look anywhere else as you will not regret it.

I have been going to this clinic for many years and Dr Bryan Liau has been my dentist. I always have a fear of going to a dentist but since knowing Dr Bryan Liau, it has never been a problem as he is always very patient and explain to me what’s to be done etc. He is very professional in carrying out his duties and put his customer’s health and well being his utmost priority!! I only go to this clinic because I know he is there and he can take care of me. Thank you Dr Bryan

I always have Dr. Kami, and he always makes me feel welcome, and treats me with respect and patience when I come into the practice. His dental care is unlike any other and explains everything to me in detail. I appreciate everything this office does, and especially Dr. Kami!
