Looks like lots of great things are happening at Southern River College! As you drive past you can see all the new buildings that are taking shape :)I have also heard positive things about their Inspire Programs.

I wish I could give you negative ten or more. There are CERTAIN kind teachers other than that, my brother started school this year. Year seven. He goes out for an excursion has fifty dollars STOLEN from his bag and when he goes up to a teacher to inform them of what happened they say that they don't trust him just because of how he often acts in said teachers classroom. Well EXCUSE me my father coughed up fifty dollars for some excursion for my brother to use and some other kid steals it and the teacher does nothing? Not good enough. That isn't the only thing, when I attended in year eight and nine I only had four teachers between those two years that actually tried to sit down and help me. I don't know why you employ some of the people you do but, even graduates I previously went to school with this year told me they would never send their kids here. It doesn't surprise me that this school ended up on that SBS documentary 'Worst Schools In Australia' or whatever it was called. I thought the schools I attended in Adelaide were bad but, Southern River really takes the cake.

Southern River College is the best and exceeding our expectations. My two kids studying in year 9 and year 12.Excellent supportive teachers.Helpfull staff members.Leading by example by the Principal and management.New Principal is as good as the previous Principal.Excellent inspired programs for talented students like.Academic extention for intelligent and talented studentsInspire Soccer and Inspire music programs.Multicultural students from various background and nationality.Easy to approach to teachers and to discuss any concern.Regular updates via emails and connect and letter of commendations and concern.Text messages to parents for any absence of student from a class.Lot of incursions and excursions activities and career choices given to students to explore.Extremely low bullying incidents and management takes quick action and have zero tolerance for those kind of behaviours.Highly satisfied based on last 5 years of my personal experience.The standard of Southern River College is going higher and higher each year.
