The team at Vitality Fit are amazing, they share a wealth of knowledge and really make you feel welcome. It becomes a real family environment when you all train together. Couldn’t be happier to train with these amazing coaches!

Shane, Alicia and the amazingly supportive group provide an environment where my physical and mental health thrive.I have been able to discover the best version of myself with the help of these amazing people. Shane and Alicia are trainers with hearts of gold that want nothing more than the best for each person.Highly recommend for anybody seeking to achieve health and fitness goals.

I really enjoy boot camp with Vitality Fitt. Alicia is professional, helpful and encouraging, she has the balance exactly right for a PT. These boot camps make exercise enjoyable and realistic as they don't take up too much time, are in a relaxed environment with a great bunch of supportive people!

Vitality FITT is a great place to work out. If you have 30mins to spare it's the place for you. I've been going just over 3 months and I'm already seeing results. Gyms never worked for me, but Alicia is motivating and supportive. Each session is different, so there's no time to get bored. There's zero judgement and the people you work out with a fun and friendly too.

Amazing, highly supportive trainers and a great bunch of people attending the sessions every week. Very welcoming and a highly enjoyable environment to be in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to begin or continue on their fitness journey.
