Absolutely wonderful! We cannot recommend Mr water heater enough!! When i called i was greeted by Samantha who was lovely. I instantly felt comfortable discussing what it was that we needed. She was clear and explained exactly what was involved. John turned up very quickly the same day. He tol was a lovely man. He was professional and friendly. I could tell he'd been in the business for a long time and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. He was to the point and made it clear up front what we were needing to spend. He made the whole process so simple and easy. We had hot water by the afternoon and he came back the next day to place my hot water system outside. The products he used also were of top quality...to match his work.We will be sticking with Mr waterheater for all our plumbing/water issues into the future and absolutely recomend all to try them.It's old fashioned service with a high quality work ethic.

Hot water went down last night, I gave John a call this morning based off the great reviews here. I couldn't speak more highly of him. Thankfully, it was not the tank in our case and he fixed our problem before we knew it. Honestly can't go wrong with John.....

John came to fix our hot water system promptly and efficiently. He is a lovely guy to deal with, and we will definitely be using him for our plumbing needs in future!

John and his team at Affordable Plumbing & elec we’re at my gym in Ashmore within 2 hours of me calling with NO hot water as my old tank had exploded. I had a problem with my hot water and called Mr Water Heater. John turned up when he said he would and had the problem under control within 5 minutes. Old fashioned service with Modern results. If you have a hot water problem you want to hope that you are living in Mr Water Heater's service area.

John is professional and friendly. I called him today to check our hot water system. He came within an hour and solved the problem efficiently! He also taught me some useful skills to maintain the hot water system in a good condition. Will definitely call him next time if we need plumbing service.Affordable price, highly recommended!
