Poor quality work, poor customer service, poor communication, 1 star, well earnt

They don’t communicate with customers there is absolutely no follow up. And their after care is atrocious they are supposed to monitor the system and this has never been done. The battery got recalled and it took us months for them to even recognise that the battery we had was ours not some address on the Sunshine Coast, because it was never recorded properly. System was not installed properly and our roof leaks because of their system. They send people to install that are not qualified so our system was not even feeding to our battery and we’re not getting the rebate for feeding into the grid. Then they blame every other man and his dog for the shoddy work.If you choose them to install on your roof then you need to get a qualified electrician to come and check that they have done the job and a qualified roofer because they will stuff your roof. And they couldn’t careless.Good luck

After getting multiple quotes we decided to use Taylor Energy as the products they use are top quality and highly rated and also the experience of our daughter who also used them. Communication was great and their proposal very detailed. We went for a battery and solar installation. I got a call from Daniel the project manager the day before installation to check a few items. The team turned up on time, worked all day despite the rain and were friendly and professional throughout. Taylor Energy monitor your system remotely so will spot problems before you do. Although we thought the system was working perfectly Daniel called the next day as he thought there was a problem. He sent an engineer who fixed a poor connection. We are now off the grid! Outstanding products and service. Don't go anywhere else!

I've worked with Taylor Energy professionally over the last few years and I'm quite familiar with the quality of their installation work, so I was more than happy to engage them to do my own system. I'm always pleased with how efficient and streamline the whole process is from start to finish. The team did an excellent job, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wouldn’t trust this mob to put a light bulb in . I saw a solar installation of theirs and the ceiling in the house are damaged beyond repair due to their bad workmanship. Water has leaked in the ceiling and the ceiling under the solar panels they installed have to be replaced. James Taylor came out and got on the roof kicking tiles and actually broke one of them but denied even kicking it. Then he said he couldn’t see anything wrong with the installation.You definitely cannot trust this mob to do any work for you

Top blokes who did a top job. I'm also an electrician (not solar) and was amazed at what a quality job the guys did on my place. Easy, good value and great guys. Would recommend.

James and his team were great to deal with for our solar install. James turned up the same day I called to give me a consultation. Showed me my options and answered my questions with no pushy sell. His team were prompt and worked efficiently. They were polite to the family and left the place very clean. Great job guys
