Three women behind the counter, one was serving the other two doing other things. There was a lady in front of me waiting to put her script in as was I, we waited over 5 mins before someone decided to take our scripts. Came back 20mins later, they haven't got one of my scripts, apparently the manufacturer has problems supplying it to them, so that also irritated me. At the counter they could see I was frustrated and commented that everyone was in a mood today. Well that done it for me , I asked why their service was so slow it's because we arent allocated to serving customers we have other jobs !! Wow ....I will never be back thats for sure.

Thank you to your wonderful staff (especially Jordan) for going over and above to help me today. 2 days ago my husband and I tested positive for covid and I had almost run out of my blood pressure medication. Jordan facilitated getting my repeat prescription over the phone and I was able to collect it within half an hour. She bought it out to my car and put it through my back window so as to avoid any contact. I really can’t thank you all enough. You guys are awesome

The slowest chemist I have ever been to. I made a resolution to steer clear months ago and broke it today. I’ve already been waiting 25 mins for standard prescription. Just this once I thought it would be ok. More fool me.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to jump on just for this one in particular, because it was such a delight going in to get what I needed today, after a lovley assistant by the name of Nita assisted me greatly for all my needs and in such a warm and welcoming manner. Also made me feel comfortable with my 3 year old being a typical 3 year old in a shop. She truly made my day. :) Thanks Nita. Will always shop here
