First class treatment by a knowledgeable and caring therapist who relieved my situation along with friendly and supportive admin staff leaving no hesitation in recommending them. Most definitely will return.

I was referred to Podiatry Professionals by my orthopaedic surgeon. I now know why.Matthew Hotchkis really knew his stuff but what really impressed me was his ability to understand the issues beyond my injury. Matthew asked questions about my mobility goals, my day-to-day activities, my work and home life activities and my leisure activities. He listened to my answers and developed a strategy to heal my injury and developed a conditioning plan to increase my strength that fitted my abilities and available time. He explained all his reasoning about my injury and the recovery plan in clear lay terms I could understand. The treatment ands exercises he gave me provided almost instant relief. Jake is a wonderful podiatrist he looks at all levels and gives a thorough functional assessment. He is very kind and passionate about his job and has resolved all my leg and knee pain bless his heart. He's got a good sense of humour and was patient with my cheesy jokes! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve been seeing Jake at Podiatry Professionals for a couple of years now. He’s just brilliant. Jake is so knowledgeable and determined to achieve positive outcomes for my dodgy feet. He explains the complexity of my feet in layperson’s terms. Jake sets a clear plan for recovery and referrals to specialists when I’ve needed. I trust Jake to make all the right decisions for my feet, and he does so holistically with my other conditions in mind. The Reception staff are awesome and incredibly helpful too! Why would you go elsewhere?

Jock has been excellent at finding out what was wrong with my feet and fitted me with orthotics that we've adjusted over a few appointments. These orthotics and an excellent shoe recommendation from him have enabled me to reach new fitness goals like running 5km non-stop, which I thought I'd never be able to do.Visiting Podiatry Professionals has given my feet a new lease on life and running.

As a disabled person, I’ve been attending Podiatry Professionals for over a year now and their regular podiatry services are great. Their staff are fantastic and the front office staff are exceptionally friendly as well as proficient. They also handle NDIS participants & paperwork.

I had a problem with my foot and was most concerned that at my age it was just arthritis. Jake undertook extensive questioning and examination and came to the conclusion that it was a form of tendonitis and that with his re-fashioning of my existing orthotics plus exercise I should be relieved of my pain. What I loved about Podiatry Professionals is that I hobbled in with a problem but left with answers and a solution. They are without doubt, excellent examples of complete Professionalism

Cannot speak highly enough of Bianca. An incredibly through service, having visited different podiatrists that were incredibly invalidating and not willing to help this was such a shock. I feel well looked after and my feet rarely have pain anymore. I've had multiple adjustments made to my orthotics and have felt included and informed in my care. Would recommend to anyone needing podiatrist support.

Friendly from the start, the Reception staff were attentive, my appointment started on time, which is a rarity in any 'medical' practice' I was told when booking the appointment Bianca was very good and yes she certainly was, very professional, very informative, listened and took time to assess my situation, great personality and interacts extremely well.
