Could not be happier with my spa purchase from Just Spa's Wollongong . I had an amazing experience with whole Wollongong team. My sales assistant Emilia was lovely and so helpful when it came to explaining the different types of spas. They did such an amazing job installing my Spa and have helped me with any further enquiries since.

Not very informative when explaining what does and does not come with the spa that you are buying.These people will sell you faulty/damaged goods and then verbally abuse you and accuse you of mishandling the dodgy spa and breaking it yourself.Refused to refund when asking for a refund on a faulty spa.Not very nice people to deal with, would avoid at any cost.especially when you spend so much money on a product that doesn't work or have the correct features.

I purchased a Spa from Just Spas Wollongong in October 21. They held it for 2 months while I organised the slab. Delivery was good and a reasonable price.Due to Covid the set up of the spa was over the phone but staff were awesome. Easily explained and run me through the water balancing , electronics etc. I had a very positive experience with Just Spas Wollongong. Danny was awesome, would recommend to anyone looking or thinking of a Spa.

Can’t give zero stars or I would Do not go near this company. They are keen to sell but try and get your faulty spa fixed and you are in a world of pain. After 2 months the lights didn’t work. Clearly a simple warranty issue but no. They say they have to go through their parent company. You have to fill in forms and take photos or video. Provide all your paperwork and written descriptions. Provide proof of delivery and the invoice date is not acceptable Then you have to provide credit card details. After providing the information directly to Just Spas I was sent a generic email with instructions which included a request for credit card details in case they deem the repair non warranty. They do everything to put the blame on the customer and there is NO friendly customer service or assistance. Appalling.

Finna and team were amazing, great service with outstanding value for money. Impressed with the quick turnaround to replace our old existing spas with new one within a couple of days which exceeded our expectations. Great quality spa which we are very much enjoying, definitely recommend this store.
