Best massage in the Illawarra! It’s a mall massage so you can hear foot traffic going by and sometimes the background music is pop instrumentals but it doesn’t matter because you always go away with your time and money well.Was a bit apprehensive today because my favourite masseuse had moved on, but the new one I got (Esther) gave me the most amazing massage - spending more time on the sides and places that needed it.

Whether I am having a foot massage or a full massage, Piya is amazing ! I go in feeling stressed and come out feeling like putty. Also if I have any aches, she gets rid of them. The other practioners I have had are also very good.

I have been to numerous massage therapists and find Harbour Health Wollongong one of the best and consistent by far. Pink is extremely lovely at the front desk and the massage therapists are all great and massage according to whatever style of pressure you’d like. They accept health fund rebates and provide a relaxing environment. Long time client and would recommend highly.

I am a hairdresser/barber of 25 years. It has taken me 25 years to find the perfect person to help me with the multiple issues I have with my back. Alex is the best massous I have ever had. He is very passionate about his job and also has great communication skills. Always talks to me about my problem areas and always asks what area needs more work at the end which I love. I see him now once a week and I have no pain for about 5 to 6 days now and then I go again which helps me get through the week. I now look forward to my massages. Thank you Alex.

I very highly recommend Health Harbour Wollongong, it is easily the best place I've ever been to when it comes to a massage. The staff are incredibly friendly and well trained, Pink on the front desk is always lovely and remembers all returning customers. The masseuses are great, they always ask relevant questions to make sure they are appropriately treating the issue at hand, and if you are a returning customer they will remember any muscular issues you have and work with you to fix them.
