Blue Heeler Tanks

Terrible, paid in full upfront, long delivery time. When the tank was eventually delivered the ball valve was missing. Texted to tell them on 20 January as no one was answering their phone. Never had a reply, the driver said he would report it and get them to send out the valve, absolutely nothing, no contact no valve. We had to go out and purchase a valve do we could use the tank.

Poor service, doesn't return calls.On the Web it mentions all our tanks.The tanks from Clark Tanks.

I have bought two tanks from Blue Heeler Tanks (a few months apart).I judge a company on how they deal with things when it goes wrong - and things do go wrong sometimes - its how they resolve problems that shows the company's true character.The second tank had an issue and the way Lena from Blue Heeler Tanks worked with the manufacturer to quickly resolve the issue was amazing! I will be buying my next tank from Blue Heeler Tanks (or wherever Lena is working!), thanks heaps Lena!

Ordered 2 tanks at a good price and they arrived in good time.Delivery guys called a bit ahead, arrived on time and were excellent.Ordered at 3rd tank and was similarly impressed. Thanks

Terrible service 3 week waiting time for a tank ended up being 9 weeks, with no phone call no email nothing, when the tank finally arrived they the nerve to send the invoice two days later saying it was “over due“ Absolutely hopeless!!I need another two tanks but definitely won’t be using them again.

We recently built our acreage and we wanted to get a rainwater tank plumbed in but looking at the builders prices is was going to be very expensive. I began searching around and found Blue Heeler Tanks and discussed my options with them. As we have no access to full pressure water we needed a good sized rain water tank and pump for the whole house. They recommended a couple of 10k gal tanks and an Inox pump for the house.We've now had it installed for about 3 months and both getting the tank delivered, installed and working has been fantastic. In fact I've recommended them to a work mate who is also getting a house built.The only downside is we need some more rain!!!

The team at Blue Heeler tanks having been nothing short of impressive. 5 week lead time and no details provided prior to purchase that the tank would have a long lead time is terrible service. They also expect the full amount up front rather than a deposit. I suggest checking first how long they will take to deliver your tank first before deciding to order.

We are delighted with our new Slimline tank and Hyjet 600 pump. The tank is very attractive and came at the best price we could find. Delivery was timely and installation was carried out with minimum fuss. A simple oversight was corrected quickly and efficiently. We send our sincere thanks for Blue Heeler’s excellent service. If anyone around the Western suburbs of Brisbane, or anywhere else for that matter, is looking for a quality tank at a very competitive price, backed up by efficient and timely delivery and superb service, then they need look no further than Blue Heeler Tanks.

This mob is useless. 3 times now have been promised delivery and had no phone call to let me know not coming. Had to ring them. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Hopeless. Now the battle will start for a credit as I do not want to deal with them after all the excuses.
