I placed my order on ubereats.The quality of good was fresh, yummy and well packed.One of my item was hail chicken salad, they put some Parmsan cheese in the dressing. I really like that kind of detail and touch.I am happy to find the local gem.Thank you!--‐----------‐--‐---------------It was balmain shop thanks ! :-)

Since opening during the panemdic i went once a week and it was good. I went again today and the mac and cheese has been improved so much i will go back 2 a week now! Great work team :)

Their chicken may be nice but their serving staff are rude and disinterested.One lady, at Rozelle on Thursday 13th Oct at 1130am, just threw my chicken from a takeaway container to an eat-in container. This is after not even asking whether I wanted takeaway or not.And she couldn't even smile when I thanked her at the end.On top of that when I first walked in she was punching out text messages right at the service counter.Sour service.

Friendly staff, nice shop! But seriously I know this is a massive call but their rotisserie chicken is the best in all of Sydney. I have tried their marinated, Portuguese and plain rotisserie! Seriously even they driest part of the chicken is the most moist and flavourful chicken ever.Balmain The Char Rotisserie

Awesome joint in the heart of Balmain to get quick and easy burgers - we had the classique and fiery schnitz burgers both were quite affordable and you can tell they’ve put some love into the chicken. Flavours were great and portion size was very hearty.

Tender and delicious chicken, - the taste of the charcoal is to die for- amazing stuffing, salads also really tasty and fresh. Great value too. Have been looking for a proper charcoal chicken for ages. Very thankful for the Char!

Ordered a chicken, large chips and a gravy from Char Balmain via Uber eats. Only Gravy turned up and for some reason Uber eats had split the order into 2 showing the rest being ordered yesterday… understand this wasn’t the shops fault but when I called them they offered no option to pay and deliver the rest so instead I was charged $10 for gravy with $5 order fee. Do not order from this shop

By far one of the best bbq chicken I’ve had in a long time. I was working in Balmain for a couple of weeks and had it twice, both times 5 stars.I must admit I would drive all the way from Ryde to buy it for the family. Service was fantastic as well. Would definitely recommend.
