Came in to see if I could save my cracked Samsung screen. I went to 3 other different repair stores to get an understanding of how much the repair would cost. This place was by far the most competitive in the area. On top of that, Ayo took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why. I was able to collect my phone within 2 hrs ! Ayo also tested the phone infront of me before I paid for the service. I was extremely impressed by the quick turnaround time and the quality of the service. No more dodgy and cracked screen. Would highly recommend ! Thanks Ayo. You the real mvp!

After looking at few places, I took my iPhone to Softouch.I was really impressed both by the quality service and by the quick turnaround time, plus great value for money on top of it! Great - quick - efficient service at a good price. I had two very different experience with repair shops locate withing 2 min walk of each other. As you would, I checked google reviews first and decided to take my phone to brians deals. Very long story short, after over a month of me chasing them and being told different things each time, I have been told that phone is beyond repaid and I would need to pay a fee of $150 to extract the memory. As the cost of my phone is $1800 don't blame me for wanting a second opinion. I went to SoftTouch and after a one day and $170 only I got my phone back. I wish I went there right away. Thanks again!

Lovely and helpful. My Sim was stuck and the last place I visited had to completely dismantle my phone to get it out, however at soft touch he used his magic tools and sorted it on the spot for me

I had the best experience here! A lovely man helped my cracked screen, he also gave me a screen protector and a phone case all for really competitive prices. He did a fantastic job and obviously has a lot of experience. Great service, even answered many of my annoying questions. Would rate it 1000 stars if possible!

Highly recommend these guys for any repairs you need. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and great value for money. My phone screen and power button stopped working after I got water damage, I was told by others it was not repairable but these guys repaired it with no fuss and I can't thank them enough! Very glad I found them. Thanks again!
