Sold me a broken toilet. Didn’t have the same toilet in stock and wouldn’t provide a discount for a replacement toilet, even though they caused the inconvenience and now I have different toilets. Worst customer service and the “Manager” was not apologetic or helpful! Won’t be shopping with them again!

Thank you Matt for your help yesterday. Very happy and friendly. I only wanted couple things but what they had there I ended up buying lot more. Witch I needed anyway. Will be back

Cartridges are very poor quality and only available at highgrove. Toilet seats crack repeatedly, all out of warranty now, they did supply cartridges but am now replacing my last ones after making it 3 cartridges over 4 taps in 5 years. Shame as stuff looks good just very cheap Chinese products. Back to Reece or bunnings after this cartridge change for new taps.

My experience with Highgrove was excellent. The staff take a very friendly, helpful, and no-pressure approach to their job, which was refreshing after visiting numerous other stores.Highgrove provided expert advice on the best options for our bathroom renovations. The prices were exceptional. And when receiving the quote the manager applied a small discount without me even asking because we were purchasing a large number of items.I will definitely be shopping here again!!

Service, service absolutely non excistent. Female drinking coke and sitting with male co worker chatting pleasantly away. Earning a wage for doing nothing..5 people in store...none attending to any of these customers.If I was the owner I make them redundant, just let customer order themselves in the shop online and pay by card..Walked out with being ask if the staff could be of any service.Owner of this premises I advice you to improvewith your customer service.I

very very bad after sale service from Steve who is area manager, two month old host of shower broken not cover by warranty (12month wattanty by COMMITMENT), and very aggresive attitude and very rude to customer, never buy highgrove anymore

Purchased a vanity, shaving cabinet and stone top. Was quoted and signed for cost of stone top and cut out and paid in full on day of order and signed to say it all the specs were correct. After collecting the top we realised the cut out was wrong. We were told we have to bring it back in and pay another $220 for the hole.Hole that was re-cut cut does not fit bowl still and have had to clean it up outselves with a grinderThe manager Steve was super rude on the phone to me and not apologetic at all and offered no assistance even though we signed and paid for exactly what we ordered but then got something else and had to pay more again!I wish I had listened to our plumber who told us to avoid Highgroves.That being said cabinet and shaving cupboard seem fine.

Have been going to Highgrove Bathrooms Mile End probably for nearly two years now. Just completed buying products for my second and third bathroom renovations. The self closing toilets are brilliant, I think it is great place to buy quality products.

I went this store today, they have 3 staffs. None of them was serving customers instead chatting themselves. When I had to ask them some questions regarding bathroom, I found they are getting annoyed. Worst customer experience.
