Maria is great, makes you feel like a valued customer.I previously test drove the car at Medindie and found the salesman to be transparent in his efforts to big note Subaru against the competition and I found it to be an unpleasant experience. I felt like we were there as an inconvenience, and I never recieved a call back on a valuation of my trade in.Maria gave us undivided attention the entire time and was able to get our valuation sorted whilst we discussed vehicle specifics. She didn't try to oversell the car, merely pointed out the key bits and made herself available to answer my questions as required.If I could rate my Medindie experience, it would be 2/10.We went to Eblen and the sales service was also fantastic, so Maria needs to be commended for retaining my business (as also previous customers) for Jarvis

Have trusted the team at Jarvis Subaru West Tce for years. I have my second car (Forester) purchased new from the team at Jarvis, I have all servicing through Jarvis Adelaide and have never had an issue. With my most recent service, Todd at the service desk was excellent. He ensured he updated me throughout and resolved my queries. Definitely recommend Jarvis Subaru Adelaide for all your car needs as they have been nothing but trustworthy and reliable!

Not satisfied! I struggle to agree with the customer service team" that excessive oil consumption (1L every 2000km) in a 6 yr old 70000km engine can be acceptable. The car has been serviced by Subaru as per the book yet a short engine replacement is the fix @ $3500(#gestureofgoodwillincuded)At that rate if I keep the car for 15 years it will have 4 engines......Subaru

I get my Subaru XV serviced here. The service is great, they offer a lift into the city when you drop the car off and kept me up to date the whole time with what they were doing. Car came back clean and running smoothly.

We are extremely happy with the experience of our recent purchase of the Subaru Forester. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. The showroom facility is well presented and is equipped with good amenities. We love the car we bought as it drives beautifully, is packed with features and is great for our kids. We also love that the car was in stock and got delivered quickly. All in all, we had a great experience with our latest purchase and would highly recommend Jarvis Subaru.
