After hip replacement surgery I was looking for a low impact activity as part of kick starting my rehab and fitness. I have much greater strength in my legs now after using the machines. The sauna and rehab equipment is also very useful to mix things up a bit. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing result. I used the rehab equipment after a work out as I had aches and pains. 30 minutes in the recovery equipment and I was all good to go again. Great price and the service was outstanding. Will definitely use this service again.
