The most kind staff in Mansfield, I just bought this and at least two staff asked me if I need help, really nice service in this town, I think it is the best, some shop have to learn from it!

Don't go there unless you want your medical issues publicised.I had to watch a totally insensitive pharmacist (I won't name her) voicing her opinion on another customer's condition and medication use. There were 3 other customers (all locals) nearby who heard this as well.You could see the poor woman felt humilated and just wanted to disappear but the pharmacist was unrelenting.Highly insensitive breach of privacy and of the trust that we should be able to take for granted from a pharmacist.I'm changing pharmacies now.

Have found Cathy, Nicole and Felicity (et al) all brilliant pharmacists. All are ready and happy to help with any question or problem. The staff are also excellent and are ready to help with any enquiry, if the don't have the item you are looking for the staff at Mansfield Pharmacy are always willing to to look it up and see if they can order the product in.

The young lady at the cash register was very friendly and professional. The pharmacy was very well organized and clean. Hand sanitizer and free masks were available at the entrance.
