The day you respond to emails would be the day hell freezes over! I've been chasing you up since April/May when we were delivered a wrong part! it's end of August and just words is what you are giving every time I call (to follow up on emails you never reply!)

Ordered and paid for a wardrobe , waited a month without hearing anything about it, then after several emails to enquire about my delivery status my money was refunded with no explanation given.
