The team at Pedders Maryborough are fantastic, experienced and knowledgeable.They undertook an ATM upgrade on my caravan and took the time to explain everything.They also conducted spring suspension bush changes, workmanship was A1 well priced and fantastic communication. We would like to give Rob and the team at Pedders Maryborough a huge wrap. Their service and knowledge was outstanding. We were holidaying in the Maryborough area, towing a caravan when we had rear suspension problems. After talking with Rob he fitted us in without a booking to diagnose the issue and suggested a remedy to rectify the problem. We booked the vehicle in for repairs, we were staying around 40km out if Maryborough and Rob was kind enough to arrange a loan vehicle so we weren’t stranded while the work was carried out.We can report the suspension replacement as suggested has worked a treat, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the car tows while giving a smoother ride than the stock suspension.We would recommend the team at Pedders Maryborough for any suspension work, they know their stuff.Thank youTherese and Stephen Armidale NSW.

It's great to have such a well known and respected company such as Pedders establish a business in Maryborough. The facility is brand spanking new and offers great service at competitive prices. The staff are very friendly and espouse expert knowledge when doing their $28.00 suspension and shock absorber inspection that comes with a written report and a quote if you want the work carried out.

My car needed a full suspension kit ,as the springs were sagged and the shock absorbers were shot. Engine response times were well down due to the rocking nature of the suspension, the same with it's braking ability. To drive the car was like driving a boat. Pedders fixed all that, with a hidden surprise that the fuel economy picked up. The car now accelerates without any delays, it stops without the added bounce, and even the steering is much lighter. It is money well spent, as the alternative was to buy a new car. The guys were friendly and professional and with the added confidence of knowing that should something go wrong, there're Pedders Suspension stores all over the country.

Overpriced for what they do, alot of mark up in parts, their hour rate to fit suspension is $180/hr. Be prepared to pay alot. Otherwise clean and tidy workshop.

Deliberately Installed top strut washers wrong then lied about doing it after it destroyed the top bush and had the hide to charge them labour to fix their screw up. Said they didnt bind the lower strut bush the first time but it was pretty obvious by the twisted bush that they did, so they lied again. Still had to get the car fixed after they fixed it as they twisted the swaybar link bushes.

I'm very happy with the work they did. 4 new coilovers, a sway bar and matched my specific requirements for the alignment.The job took longer then expected due to unforseen complexity with the vehicle design, but they stuck to the initially quoted figure.They even spent extra time taking me under the car to show the work completed which I appreciate!Will be back for sure.
