Had lunch there last Sunday. Our table comprised two separate orders with two separate table numbers. Both orders arrived on one tray resulting in much confusion as to who's food belonged to who. We were served with disposable cutlery for two people despite 5 people being seated at the table. Our food was served in takeaway boxes despite the fact we were clearly eating in. We looked at a table nearby to see a family eating on plates with proper cutlery. Not the best dining-in experience. Sorry, we won't be returning.EDIT: Your response to my review (and others) is obviously generic/auto generated, and by this it's clear that you have no interest in improving the negative aspects of your business.Dear customers, take your business to Nieo's in Clemton Park. There you'll find better variety, quality, value for money, and awesome customer service.

Best chicken in the fkn world. My mates and I drive from Coogee for 30 mins just to get a taste of that sweet jej and toum. Simply magnificent and great vibe. Tabouli is very average, that’s all.

Great tasting chicken and staff are super friendly. The tables are always cleaned and there are bathrooms available.

Just grabbed some take away lunch. Food was over cooked to the point of us not eating more than a couple of bites. Clearly cooked and left sitting in warmers for too long. Would not recommend.

El Jannahs are popping up everywhere in Sydney. The decor of this one is beautiful and clean. Ordered a chicken roll here. The food wasn’t bad but not as good as Granville. Mine lacked garlic sauce and could have been toasted more.

Not a place which I would choose to eat in (it is a large space and I find it to be cold in the winter), but their BBQ is simply delicious and they season their fries properly (I am looking at you Maccas).The crispy chicken burgers give KFC a run for their money to.

Consistently good and at a reasonable price. The whole chicken meal is the way to go with any leftovers made in sandwiches at home with the generous extra bread supplied.A place to wash your hands would be great. Unless I didn't see it.

The chicken was too dry and services was appalling they even charge you extra on bread when you order. Customer care is down the drain and if they charge couple of things we will pay them a visit again and see if the have improved. Other restaurants like the same brand in Liverpool are top nosh however this one is a disappointment. I will definitely not recommend you to dine there but it up to individuals to make that choice. We only say what we experience however maybe others see differently

confirmed with the guy if theres garlic sauce in the takeaway today and he said yes. went home couldnt find any garlic sauce which i was charged. Had to eat the dry chicken breast. Chucked away half way through. Scam. stay away!

The food is great and the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the service. I order online for pick up but the order is never ready when you arrive! They only start the order when you arrive so you wait like everyone else. This is not a good system. Fix up your ordering system. I feel sorry for Uber delivery guys waiting and wasting their precious time to make money. Terrible.
