After a thorough Google search for washing machine repairs, I rang Ezy, as their site and wording looked genuine, most others seemed a bit dodgy, over promising, saying they're local, but have Sydney number, etc. I spoke to Ryan and told him my machine was making a shocking noise, he asked what brand when I told him Miele, he said he doesn't repair Mieles. Despite this, he asked a number of questions about the noise and now smell, that he correctly asked if it was a burning smell. He diagnosed that I need a new machine. I really appreciate Ryan's knowledge, honesty and advice, even though, right from the start he wasn't going to be paid. Thank you Ryan, a true professional.

Washing machine fixed !!Ryan was very responsive and clear about the pricing structure and his available times.He worked quickly and professionally to replace the door handle.It was a quick job as he had confirmed he had the part before he arrived.He also did a little test to confirm the machine was all running ok.There was a leak in the pipe and he worked out a cheap easy fix that didn't cost me any more.Great experience would def recommend and will reach out again if needed.
