I was sad that they didn't have the rolled barley or gf oats I wanted, but the staff were very helpful and friendly suggesting alternatives. The chocolate range looks absolutely delicious. Lots of great dried fruits and veggies too.

What a fantastic experience ordering bulk foods online. The website is very easy to navigate with tons of product information. Contactless delivery was only $5 and was even delivered on a Sunday by Amanda's lovely husband. (I think that's right.) The natural packaging is beautiful and totally compostable. There was even a little gift of hemp seeds in the box and a hand written thank you for buying from them. Such a nice human touch. We love being able to choose Australian produce in the amount that we require. Will definitely be reordering and recommending this great local business.

I love the Source and the Katoomba shop is no exception. To take things to the next level, I would love to hear about a commitment to renewable energy for all of the Source stores. I am thankful to have such a great selection of Australian products that I can buy without packaging by bringing my own jars. The Source is a leader for the environment and I would love to see them support renewable energy and pursue ambitious climate action.
