I must have exchanged at least 15 emails with Sanctuary Makers so far, (particularly Gabby from the Melbourne Showroom) and they have been absolutely wonderful. I had tried tile shops locally (I'm in Canberra) and all customer service had been lacklustre, so was so surprised to find a store so far away that was more helpful, knowledgable and accommodating than people I was working with in person. The photography is beautiful, but it is definitely worth getting samples of the tiles, as some of the colourways are quite different in person.Planning a renovation with so many people locked down has required extensive communication and a little bit of luck. I count myself as the luckiest person and am so grateful to have clicked on their instagram advertisement. Ordered our tiles today and am so excited for them to arrive and be installed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.

Our favourite tile place. Second time we have bought their tiles, this time for a major renovation. Great range to choose from. Very happy to support a local Australian company manufacturing decorative tiles here in Victoria. Their customer service is outstanding (especially Elvira and Miranda) and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. In lockdown. Calls were returned promptly and every contact I had with this company was pleasant, responsive and helpful.I ordered 2 sets of samples which were dispatched quickly on both occasions. I also had a few phone enquiries. I would love to visit the showroom after lockdown.

Good choices but looks kinda expensive. Advantage is you can sort out most of your designs in one place... Good selection.

Visited the Woollahra showroom to see the beautiful display of AUSTRALIAN made tiles!.Very helpful with matching colours for 2 bathrooms..I am only in planning stage but have now sorted the colour scheme & will definitely purchase..plus they ship to Tasmania.

Sanctuary Makers were a pleasure to work with and manufacture an amazing range of quality tiles. Worth heading to their showroom to have a look! They were very helpful when some broke in transport, arranging another shipment free of charge.
