My girls and I love Wendy Levis Hair. The studio is set in a chic group of shops with fantastic security. Wendy is an excellent hairdresser who listens to exactly what you want, offers fabulous suggestions and truly aims to please. In addition she is very knowledgeable about all types of hair. I have been coming to this hairdresser for years and am never disappointed. Helen is always on time and always does a great job of cut, colour and style. highly recommend.

To start off positively, Wendy, you are very sweet and I had a good chat. However, I paid $48 for a haircut, not to have a good chat. My anger has subsided, but I'm mortified by my haircut. I asked for a trim, long layers in the back, and layers in the front starting from my chin. I now have to chop my own hair and get it fixed by someone else. I HATE that I have to go shorter because you dropped the ball. As we know, hair is incredibly important and takes forever to grow out. I suggest checking your work before the customers leaves by doing a quick blow dry in the front, rather than having the customer check it at home and have to come back. I dont want to come back as I dont trust your hands. It was an easy request. I wish to have a refund to fix it elsewhere.This angry person is not random. She was your customer!! It's understandable that someone would be upset at a terrible cut. I'll consider the $50 bucks lost down the drain. When did you ever say you were uncomfortable or needed a wash and blow dry to do it properly? You said wavy/curly hair was fun for you and we laughed at others not being able to do it without straightening it first. Remember that? (We did not discuss a needed wash or dry) You dont think someone would pay more had they known you couldn't do it? People around the world can do this with their eyes closed. Its definitely the bad luck of hairdressers in Queensland. Dont lie on a public forum to victimize yourself. If you aren't comfortable with your work, dont take the money and do a poor job. I have found someone to fix your mess. Good luck with your business and learn when to take responsibility for your mistakes.Best,Nasty Woman with a bad haircut

Happy long term client. Wendy does a consistently great job of making sure you are happy with the cut/colour and tweaks until things are just right. She interprets what you want and has a good idea of what style and cut will work for you. Very friendly salon - highly recommend.
