Kelvin was up front about the repairs to my dishwasher and what the cost would be, and gave me every opportunity to take advantage of his advice to resolve the problem without having to pay any money. I followed all his trouble shooting advice but still couldn't resolve the problem, however when he came on site he discovered a drain issue that I could take care of and didn't charge me a cent.It's rare that a tradesman will go to this length to save the customer money, and it is greatly appreciated. Although I was a little sheepish for not checking the issue myself, I cannot recommend Care Technical Services highly enough as I wasn't made to feel silly for missing the problem, and I now have a fully functioning dishwasher and money in my pocket.If there was 6 stars I'd give them the extra. I know who to call if I have any problems with any of my electrical appliances.

Great same day service to fix a leaking front loader I found Kelvyn to be extremely thorough and friendly. He even showed me how to use the air conditioner as have just moved into the house. Thank you Care Technical Services will be sure to recommend you to others

Kelvyn was amazing in helping me fix my oven today!! Not only did he come to view my issue asap, he gave me the full run down of price and options in trying to find the diagnosis to help me make a decision on how to proceed. His service was outstanding, honest and he even taught me a few things on how the oven operates and how to help it perform. Thank you!
