Grace was able to fit me in very short notice. I had sports related neck and shoulder pain that had lasted over a week, and after one session at Ittah the relief was immense. I will definitely be coming here again.

Grace was absolutely amazing. You know how often when you have a massage, the masseuse just doesn't quite spend enough time on that tense area? And how could they know that you wished that they'd just get into that upper back a tiny but more - they can't read minds. Well Grace can. She spent ages on the bits that felt like they needed more attention, and at the end came back to them one last time, like she could sense it. Best therapeutic massage I've ever had, and somehow it was also relaxing, despite the (good) pain ,Highly 10/10 recommend !

The whole team at Ittah massage are phenomenal. Have been going for the past two years and they have transformed how my whole body feels. I no longer get back pain at the end of a long day's work, and they always eliminate any niggles that do come along and the place is nice and clean. Relax Highly recommended!

Have been seeing Grace and teams for years now for chronic shoulder and neck pain. She’s been amazing, the pain and tension have lessened significantly and she’s given me exercises to do to maintain the right posture and prevent further tension. They have different techniques here that slowly work into chronic tension/pain - not like your average massage. Highly recommend Ittah massage !

Grace and Team (Peach) is the best of the best at what she does. She is also warm and efficient. The place looks absolutely beautiful. The muscle tension around my neck and back from sitting in office all day goes away right after her treatment. The chronic fatigue around my waist which has been there for more than 2 years are starting to get better too. Highly recommend!

I had such a great session with Grace. You can tell she is a professional as she took away all my knots and gave me some stretches to work with after the session. Highly recommended. The ambiance in the room is well suited as well.
