I had nick serve me at the self checkout, they had long curly hair in a single ponytail with black rimmed glasses on Tuesday 10/01 around 2:15 pm. I had a lot of gift cards and didn't know how to use them, my old age has taken over my abilities to properly navigate through these new systems. Nick was very kind and helpful to me with everything and even beautifully arranged my items on the trolley. I was so delighted by this that I almost shed a tear. Kind people like Nick should exist in every corner of the world.

The most friendly and hospitable large grocery there is. Staffed very well with both high quality and very available people very eager to be of service. Nice selection of frozen/refrigerated plant based meals.

Weekends are busy,all was self serve checkouts, bit disappointing not 1 express checkout was open,next time at least open a express checkout, think of the elderly

Coles Macquarie Park is a great grocery store. It has a wide selection of items, including fresh produce, meats, bread, and more. Looking a lot tired, but still nicer than Woolworths.Struggling a bit with keeping shelves stocked.Layout by deli counter is poor.New self service belt tills are good for self packing large shop.Generally a better range than Woolies

Coles Macquarie centerIs a nicely set up store well lit , wide idles, very clean , it looks as if it started trading yesterday it's that clean , as you walk in the front you are greeted with loads of really fresh fruits and vegetables they have all that you need and more , a large assortment of fresh baked goods and an array of bread , although I am a little disappointed that they don't have bread rolls and buns that I could purchase individually to go with the lovely meat and cheese from the deli for my lunch like WOOLWORTHS do .The staff are friendly and welcoming , ( prefere ) the regular checkouts are great , self checkout is ok ,but it's a little strange the way staff change their position and hover around you while making your purchase , it's probably just a security thing , but it's not really an issue to worry about, overall it's a good store.

This used to be my go to coles but now you can't even get a roast chicken at 7pm. Does this mean people that finish work at 6pm don't need to buy dinner? Ridiculous.
