The presentation and flavours of the food was superb, the atmosphere was so relaxing and the service was warm and down to earth. It was a fabulous spur of the moment choice. Thank you Lou Adams.

I've loved going Archer and hobb ever since it so bit opened but with lockdown I haven't been able to drop in, have cake and say hi to lovely Lou. But trying the takeaway menu made me feel like I was right back in the tea room! Definitely recommend the gourmet desserts, just pair them with your favourite tea at home and it's perfect!

We had a wonderful high tea this afternoon. The freshly baked scones were a highlight though all the food was very tasty. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. The decor and atmosphere are elegant and there were lovely touches to the presentation of the menu and food such as wax and chocolate seals respectively. Definitely recommend, especially as the prices are very reasonable.

Aromatic and calming teas. Perfect blends of comfort. Purchased online during lockdown, Silent Night has become my newly discovered Christmas go to <3.

This is exactly the kind of place Katoomba needs right now. Sadly the icons of the past like the Paragon have faded and crumbled.It’s the real thing. Classy, great music but most of all great food in the form of wonderful high teas where the chef comes out and describe the dishes. Scones freshly baked that morning and deserts to die for.The tea selection is amazing and the staff knowledgeable.Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Mountains.

Walked pass this nice little place next to the Katoomba station in the morning, was curious and looking at the menu, this lovely lady Luo came out and gave me such a warm greeting, so decided to give it a go.Food presentation is not the fanciest (ordered omelette), but the taste is on point, especially the balsamic dressing sauce was soooo nice with the cheesy omelette.Tea here are all TWG tea, which is a huge surprise to me. I won’t expect to see TWG tea served in blue mountain, but I guess Katoomba slowly become a center of lifestyle. encourage to try some of those blend TWG tea which is quite outstanding.Ordered a takeaway coffee, and even the takeaway cup is soooo cute!This visit really made my morning and looking forward to the next visit :)

Fantastic to see such a beautiful new place opening. The decor is wonderful, the staff and service is top class and the food is too die for! (they not only do high teas but a great selection of home style snacks and meals). We were there for Mother’s Day and my 90 year old mother had memories of Singapore with the wonderful selection of TWG teas. Thank you to Lou and her staff. We will be back with friends!

This little surprising gem was an amazing way to start a mums weekend away without children. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and we felt welcome the whole time.The chairs were so comfortable, the service impeccable and the staff amazing. Thankyou to Hugh the Chef for an amazing High Tea with home made scones and champagne.Thank you to Lou for making us welcome and being the best front of house, we felt part of the family. We loved it so much we came back the next day for brunch!Will Highly recommend you and will be back next visit for sure.

What an amazing find in the Blue Mountains! The High Tea was superb. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Lou! The ambiance was elegant yet relaxing. We were so impressed we returned the next day for brunch - the pumpkin soup was perfect! We hope to be back next time we visit Katoomba.
