Worst experience. My makeup was horrible. She took more than 2 hours and still not able to finish my hair do. When I looked at mirror I wanted to cry. I had not enough time to wash my face as I was going directly to the party. I was so embarrassed at my family party. And I don't want to look at the party pictures. It's been two years still I can't forget that. I hope she improved herself or took more training to do makeup and things. I posted my experience today as I was looking for makeup artist and Google showed her salon and it rewind me back.

The owner is very friendly and understanding. She listened to what i wanted to do with my hair and she did the great job. After the ages i finally got the best hair and beauty salon in Pakenham. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely experience here! I don't often get my hair and make-up done so it was lovely to have someone who could take control but also listen when I requested that little changes be made.the service was great and she even brought out flowers from her own garden to put in my hair (so cute). I felt so welcomed and comfortable so will definitely be using them again in the future!(face is covered for privacy reasons but the makeup was stunning)
