Was trying to get cash out the guy didn't look at me or greet me for 20secs (I was the only customer there) and he was super abrupt. Terrible customer service.

Just tried to visit this branch but the door wouldn’t open. I tried several times, as did another customer, but the door just wouldn’t open. Meanwhile there were 2 staff members inside that could clearly see me but they just ignored me and offered no assistance at all, so now I have to drive to another branch to access MY money… NOT HAPPY!
