Janine Florist

An absolutely terrible experience. I ordered flowers on Thursday 3 January through the website - my order was processed and payment was taken from my credit card within an hour, but when I tried to contact Janine by email and by phone to check when the flowers would be delivered, I could get no response. There is no one answering the phone, and no reply to repeated emails. If the business is closed for a post-Christmas break, why not say so on the website, as other florists do? I will never order flowers online again until I can speak to someone over the phone to confirm the order.

Janine is extremely rude. At first I thought the other 1 star reviews had mistaken this florist for someone else, but alas it's all true. We were trying to place a large order for multiple arrangements, and after initially being helpful on emails, she very abruptly refused to answer any questions or talk over the phone. Moreover, her website is lacking key information such as the size of and flowers within arrangements.

What can I say about Janine Florists and how wonderful they are. I received some flowers on Mother’s Day and the next day they weren’t in the best shape. I decided to contact Janine Florist and explained the situation and without ant hesitation they said they would send me another batch of flowers. I received them this morning and they are so beautiful and they put my favourite flowers in the arrangement. I would recommend Janine Florist if anyone was considering buying flowers for any occasion as they are truly exceptional and caring.

On 15 of May we did an online order for floral delivery for a friend of $107.95.The bouquet was dead flowers.My friend sent me photos. I couldn't believe the state of the flower. My friend spoke to them and on top of eth she was rude to my friend. So disappointed

I ordered from the United States online. My arrangement was meant to be sent to a funeral service. I discovered from a relative of the recipient the arrangement had not arrived.The next day I contacted the shop. They confirmed delivery then followed up with the crematorium where the service had been held. Due to the crematorium not associating the name of the recipient with the deceased the arrangement was not passed on. However, Janine created a whole new arrangement with unbelievable flowers which were then taken directly to the home where the recipient was staying. Unbelievable service, unbelievable quality. I would select this florist every time and encourage anyone searching for a florist to do so.

I ordered quite late from Melbourne on the day for my daughter's birthday in Canberra , Janine was very helpful, patiently listened to what I wanted n delivered on right time n the arrangement was so much appreciated by my daughter. Thank you Janine, I will keep you in mind when next time I need the same service. Thanks again for your excellent service n the exception flowers arrangement.

Asked for a personalised bunch of flowers as they didn't have any made and got exactly what I was hoping for, top notch service

I stumbled upon Janine Florist while browsing the web for funeral wreaths.There were a couple of designs that piqued my interest.I was initially apprehensive because of the occasional poor reviews associated with online orders so I went in person to make the order.I was pleasantly surprised, our interaction has been nothing but pleasant. The flowers were beautiful!I would definitely recommend this florist.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers quite late this afternoon but was pleasantly surprised that after 15-20 minutes they were ready to be picked up. The service was exceptional and the quality was great. Highly recommend and will be using again
