Well built homes ,great prices friendly staff

Been given the run around and evasive routine from these people. Only last Friday was given assurances that my grandsons home would be completed. What happens? Phone numbers do not answer, the building supervisor does not answer or return calls.My opinion? These guys are insolvent avoid them

I can't recommend One Stop Homes enough. Alex, the builder is very responsive, he always returns your calls. I've built 4 homes with one stop now and the builds have been flawless.

After taking over the ownership of the old One Stop Homes business in mid-2019, we were the first people to sign up with the new owner, Alex Hirst.He promised we would be in before Xmas 2019 and Alex delivered. He was dedicated to detail, customer service and quality workmanship. Alex always took my calls, answered my questions and my emails. He has a great professional team of trades-people behind him. They built my family a sturdy and beautiful looking home on the south coast of NSW. The quality of the finishes surpassed our expectations. I would sincerely recommend giving the new One Stop Homes in Nowra a serious consideration if you feel the spec home mass produced housing market is not your cup of tea. Alex is a true gentleman to work with.

Absolutely pathetic , promises but no build started, they are selling the business currently and could not care less(good luck to the new owner taking over). Mark who is the owner was instructed to pay deposit back by solicitor and agreed but cannot even do that. Make sure you get your money back, we are seeking legal action to recover money owed for no work conducted. Office of fair trading has been notified of their actions and the contract signed is not even valid according to the department of fair trading. Good luck everyone.
