Incredible! Both workers were on time (even when I wasn’t) and so friendly. They did an incredible job! The house looks like new! In particular the bathrooms! The shower glass was sparkling! The oven needed some extra attention (unscrewing the glass and cleaning in there) but wow! It looked like it came right out of the shop and was just installed! So happy with their work that I came on to leave a review and they haven’t even left yet. If I wasn’t moving interstate I would book them again. Highly recommend! Great price and INCREDIBLE quality! After another cleaner pulled out at the last minute I contacted end of lease cleaning melbourne for an urgent end of lease house clean.They immediately responded letting me know they'd be available the following day and quoted me a very decent price! I booked with them and on the day they were not only on time but professional, gave advice about cleaning and estimated how long it would take.At the end of the clean they showed me what they'd done and it was amazing! Everything was sparkling! They were highly professional, on time, and exactly on budget.Thank you very much for saving me in an emergency - will highly recommend you to others.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! Boycott this company!This is a worst customer service that ever experienced in 15 yrs of my life in Australia! Booked them for end of lease cleaning, didn’t deliver the service, didn't provide the invoice, abusive and toxic owner! Before the job started he asked to make a payment, however the job was half completed and cleaners left it in 1 hour. When i called Michael ( is not his real name), he was very abusive asking me to “you clean yourself”!All the previous 5 star reviews are fake, he and his business is conducting a forgery. I have made a local police complaint about this and will be talking to my lawyers & consumer affairs! He will soon learn his lessons. Michael see you soon at the court! He also operates under different business name and be aware of it Emerald Cleaning Services. Soon all his unethical work will be brought to justice.#google please remove the bots/fake reviews! They are not legit.

We got an end of lease cleaning from EOLC for our house. The standard cleaning was performed well. Yet, we had to return ourselves to clean the gas stove and the range hood to receive our bond. EOLC stated that it was clean enough, while the real estate agent did not deem it good enough (pictures before and after are attached). The other point we did not appreciate was paying before the cleaning starts. We are still old-fashioned and prefer to pay once a job has been done well.

Great work, I’m going to recommend you to friends for sure. The cleaners came on time with all the expert equipment. They started cleaning immediately and my heavy curtains are now fresh and clean. They have special leather embroidery that I was afraid to clean on my own. Thanks to your upholstery cleaning service this task is taken care of. Good job!

Never have I ever had a “cleaner” worse than the ones we got. End of lease clean “completed” today. Paid $425 for a tiny 2 bedroom unit with no carpets. No worries there, but would expect the job to be completed to a satisfactory standard. Rescheduled on us last minute for the next day, no worries there either! We moved 2 hours away so couldn’t be present at the time the cleaning was done. Was asked for payment first, again no worries, all paid for immediately when asked. We went to check their clean today as we hand the keys back in the next few days, only to he disgusted. Door handles, floors, cupboards and bench tops, oven and the bathroom were filthy (actually somewhat worse than when we moved out!). Messaged the “owner” to ask them to come back and provided photos of the job, only to be told the following:“property was 50 years old. We did our best”“ let your agent inspect. Why are you inspecting by yourself? Are you realestate agent?”“Are you listening, read terms and conditions”Yes, i read the terms and conditions and all the over is included in this company’s “end of lease clean”.Absolute disgusting attitude from the owners, you would expect better. Will not issue a partial refund either and is becoming aggressive in messages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Had an end of lease clean. They wanted payment before commencing the clean. Once we inspected the clean the house was still filthy carpets hadn’t been steam cleaned so we to get a second cleaner in.They Blocked our calls and never responded To our emails.We managed to get 75% of our money back after threatening VCAT

Highly recommend Michael and his team. They did a first class clean of our house. Moving is one of the most stressful times but having such an amazing team look after the cleaning side of the move made life easier. Thank you so much for looking after us. Michele & Kev

Another update: the actual cleaners were very nice and apologetic about everything. They came around this afternoon and dealt with everything. I would highly recommend those 2 cleaners however the company is still a massive avoid because of the threats against me from the person on the main phone.If you go with this company, I'd recommend having 0 contact with the main staff.Update! They said because you left 1 star review we will not come back." What a joke. On the phone he was very aggressive and said "you harm my business we won't give you a cent"Avoid these pathetic people at all costs.Absolutely atrocious job by End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne. Got the standard quote for an end of lease clean + carpets steamed and cleaning fabric blinds which they said was fine. They talk me into doing the windows too so for 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom it was going to be $465. Except they couldn't do the blinds. So it should've been $435.They were late. I was told between 4-4.30pm. Around 1pm I receive a text saying 4.30pm. Great

Very efficient, incredible work! The shower glass literally looked brand new, I was astonished at their professional efforts. I even accidentally over paid $60 in a hurry to finalise the invoice and they arranged a refund for that amount as fast as possible. Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend and will use their service again!! Thanks so much!
